Tender Description
301 Central Base Spares Depot EME Rawalpindi invites qualified firms to submit bids for the procurement of various equipment and spares as detailed in Inquiry Number – 17/ 2026-27. This tender covers the purchase of the following items:
- Communication Equipment
- IT Equipment
- CIED Equipment
- DSCR Equipment
- Electromedical Equipment
The procurement is managed by the 301 Central Base Spares Depot EME located at Golra Road, Rawalpindi. Bidders are required to obtain the detailed itemized list from the Local Purchase office at the depot and bring a blank CD for collection of tender documents. The tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(b), requiring separate technical and commercial offers submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender number.
Quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable government taxes including GST, Income Tax, and Custom Duty, and must be in Pakistani Rupees. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and submission of earnest money in the form of a CDR amounting to Rs 1 Million. Firms with pending deliveries must clear their dues before participation. Technical offers must include brand details, proof of source, agency agreements, and other supporting documents. Commercial offers must be password protected and submitted both in hard and soft copies.
The tender opening will take place on 22 September 2026 at 1200 hours for technical offers, with commercial offers opened subsequently for technically qualified firms. Bids must be delivered to the Local Purchase Officer at 301 Central Base Depot EME, Golra Road, Rawalpindi before 1130 hours on the closing date. Late submissions will not be accepted.
