Procurement of Computer Stationery and Office Stationery Items for Financial Year 2026-27

The Pakistan Military Accounts Department CMA (LC) Lahore Cantt invites sealed bids for the procurement of computer stationery and office stationery items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is under a closed framework agreement and is open to interested parties, suppliers, and manufacturers registered with the Sales Tax Department and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Items being procured: - Computer Stationery Items - Office Stationery Items Tender documents detailing the required items and terms and conditions are available on the PPRA website www.ppra.gov.pk. Bids will be opened in accordance with rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, using the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure. Tender documents addressed to the undersigned must reach the office by or before 27-08-2026 at 01:30 p.m. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 p.m., while financial bids will be opened on 02-09-2026 at 02:00 p.m. All bidders must submit samples of stationery along with their technical bids. Bid security at 5% of the bid value is required in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of CMA (LC), Lahore Cantt. The successful bidder must also provide a performance guarantee of 5% of the total accepted value in the form of a Bank Guarantee or CDR. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance without providing justification. Incomplete offers will not be entertained. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Familiarity with the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and submission of samples with the technical bid is crucial for compliance.
