Supply of Electronic Items for National Police Foundation Islamabad

The National Police Foundation Islamabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of electronic items under contract reference P144315 for the financial year 2026-27. Microwave ovens must be 20-litre grill with 700W power, brands Dawlance, Samsung or equivalent. LED televisions must support UHD 4K resolution with HDR10+ technology, brands TCL, Samsung or equivalent. Related services include installation, commissioning, warranty and after-sales service, on-site testing, and transportation. Bidders must be registered and eligible as per the criteria including NADRA citizenship, FBR registration, and security clearance from AIG General ICT Police. The procurement will follow Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) with 70% technical and 30% financial evaluation weightage. Bid security of PKR 1,000,000 is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by 22 October 2026 at 03:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
