Tender Description
Fatima Jinnah Women University Rawalpindi invites E-Bids for procurement of Computers, Laptops, GPU, Gaming Computers, Dual Monitor, LED Monitor and Editing Suit for the fiscal year 2026-2027.

The procurement covers multiple categories of computer hardware and peripherals including desktops, laptops, GPUs, gaming computers, editing suites, and monitors. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and provide prices in Pak Rupees excluding GST. The bids must be valid for 90 days with a 30-day extension option. A 3% bid security of the total estimated price per lot is required. Bids are to be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) in a single stage two envelope procedure. Each lot will be awarded separately.
Eligibility requires firms, companies, or sole proprietors to be on the Punjab FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and submit earnest money as bid security. The evaluation will follow rule 38-A of PPRA 2014 with the lowest evaluated bid accepted.
The submission deadline is 16th November 2026. Bidders should upload bids well before the deadline on the eP portal to avoid last-minute issues. The tender has already been uploaded on 27 October 2026, and response time is calculated from the publication date on the PPRA website.
