Procurement of Concentrate Ration and Wheat Straw at KBCMA College of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Narowal

The University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore, invites electronic bids for the procurement of Concentrate Ration and Wheat Straw at KBCMA College of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Narowal. This procurement is open to manufacturers, exclusive authorized sole distributors of foreign manufacturers, agents, contractors, firms, sole proprietors, and suppliers registered with income tax, Punjab sales tax on services (PRA), General Sales Tax (GST), and Professional Tax registered firms. Items being procured: - Concentrate Ration - Wheat Straw Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-procurement System under a single stage two envelop bidding procedure. All bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-procurement System by the deadline of 17-09-2026 at 11:00 a.m. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. through the Punjab E-Procurement System in the presence of bidders. The bid security (Refundable) is 2% CDR amounting to Rs. 38,410/- based on the estimated price of Rs. 1,920,500/- and must be processed with the bid as per Punjab E-Procurement System requirements. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Purchase Section of UVAS, Lahore. UVAS will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in the preparation of bids. In case of a public holiday on the tender opening date, the tender will be opened on the next working day. All procurement procedures including uploading, downloading, receiving, opening, evaluating, and awarding will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 as amended. In case of any conflict between bidding documents and PPRA Rules, the latter shall prevail. Bidders are advised to carefully review the Punjab e-procurement portal and ensure timely submission of bids. Familiarity with the electronic submission process is essential to avoid disqualification.
