Procurement of Consumable Stores under ALP-Project for Development of ATOPlex NGS Library Preparation Kit for Genomic & Pre-Breeding Applications

The National Agricultural Research Centre (National Institute for Genomics & Advanced Biotechnology) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of consumable stores under the ALP-Project titled Development of ATOPlex NGS Library Preparation Kit for Massively Parallel Sequencing of Wheat, Rice & Maize for Genomic & Pre-Breeding Applications (CS-0038). This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with funds reserved specifically for this purpose. Items being procured: - Consumable Stores for ATOPlex NGS Library Preparation Kit The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026 and related regulations and guidelines issued by the Authority. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents, in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/165648. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. The e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, November 6, 2026, 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
