Procurement of Procurement and Contract Specialist Consultant for Railway Improvement Project

Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office Lahore invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the procurement of an individual consultant as a Procurement and Contract Specialist for the Railway Improvement Project (RIP) under Loan 6056-PAK. This project is financed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and implemented by Pakistan Railways with oversight from the Ministry of Railways (MoR). The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) has been established to provide guidance and oversight for the project execution. Items being procured: - Procurement and Contract Specialist Consultant The consultant will provide expert services in procurement and contract management to ensure compliance with ADB policies and directives.
