Tender Description
The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Procurement) Karachi invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of coolant for diesel generator radiator under contract reference P86284 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
Items being procured:
- Coolant for Diesel Generator Radiator, quantity 416 litres, specification: ES Compleat, Ethylene Glycol, Premix 50/50 (208 litre drum), make: Fleet Guard or equivalent.
The scope includes supply and delivery of the specified coolant to Pakistan Security Printing Corporation, Jinnah Avenue, Malir Halt, Karachi within 30 days of issuance of purchase order. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and provide bid security in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee as per bidding documents. The procurement process requires bidders to be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically before the deadline.
Eligibility criteria include valid NADRA citizenship, FBR NTN and GST registration, and no blacklisting.
