Procurement of Crockery Items Under Closed Framework Agreement

The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) invites experienced and reputable firms with valid National Tax Number registered with Federal Board of Revenue to participate in the procurement of crockery items under a closed framework agreement. The procurement will follow the Request for Proposal without Negotiations / Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per PCBDDA Procurement Regulations, 2024. Items being procured: - Crockery Items under Closed Framework Agreement Complete bidding documents with detailed specifications, criteria, terms, and conditions can be obtained from the Procurement Directorate Office of PCBDDA after publication of this advertisement against payment of PKR 5,000 (non-refundable) in form of pay order / CDR / demand draft in favor of 'Punjab Central Business District Development Authority'. The bidding documents are also downloadable from PCBDDA's website www.cbdpunjab.gov.pk for information only. The request must clearly state 'Request for Bidding Documents' for the work mentioned. Bidders must accompany PKR 100,000 as Bid Security in shape of original bank guarantee / pay order / demand draft / CDR issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan in favor of 'Punjab Central Business District Development Authority'. The Bid Security shall be valid for 30 days beyond bid validity and bid shall be valid for 120 days. No bid will be entertained without the Bid Security. Interested firms with strong capability and experience in similar nature projects are encouraged to submit sealed bids along with required documents clearly marked 'Procurement of Crockery Items Under Closed Framework Agreement' addressed to the Director Procurement, PCBDDA, CBD Complex (Old Walton Airport), near Naval Base, Lt. (Navy) Yasir Shaheed Road, Lahore on or before the deadline. The bid submission deadline is August 31, 2026, by 11:00 AM, and bid opening will be on the same day at 11:30 AM.
