Tender Description
LESCO Lahore invites bids for procurement of D-Fuse Link with Fuse Specification DDS-27:2005 & DDS-49:2009 under Material Management department. This tender covers supply of 12,500 units to Regional Stores at Shalamar, Walgon Sohail, and Pattoki. The procurement is planned for FY 2025-26 with delivery within 60 days from contract issuance. The goods must strictly comply with NTDC standard specifications and require prototype approval from PPMC Design & Standards Department. Delays in prototype submission beyond 30 days will incur liquidated damages. The tender is evaluated on a least cost basis with fixed prices in PKR, inclusive of all duties and taxes except sales tax which is quoted separately. Bidders must be prequalified manufacturers registered with LESCO/DISCOs/NTDC and active on FBR's ATL. Bid security of PKR 900,000 per lot is required. Submission is via EPADS online portal only, with original bid security submitted physically before deadline. The contract includes a 12-month warranty period and requires a 5% performance security. Delivery and inspection will be conducted at manufacturer's premises and consignee stores. The submission deadline is 16 April 2026 at 10:30 AM with bid opening at 11:00 AM at LESCO Headquarter, Lahore.
