Procurement of Data Center FI Switches & SAN Switches SFPs

The Bank of Punjab Lahore invites technical and financial bids from reputable organizations for the procurement of Data Center FI Switches and SAN Switches SFPs. This procurement is conducted through a Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process ensuring transparency and competitiveness. Items being procured: - Data Center FI Switches - SAN Switches SFPs Bidders must submit their bids via the Punjab e-Procurement System only. Technical bids will be opened on 03-Nov-2026 at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a date to be announced. The procurement requires valid NTN and GST registration certificates. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted digitally via 1Link / Bank Guarantee options through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prices quoted must include all applicable taxes and delivery charges. This tender notice is also available on the PPRA website and the Bank of Punjab website. The Bank will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bids. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and ensure timely uploading of all required documents to avoid disqualification.
