All materials must conform to the specifications provided, be brand new, and accompanied by relevant certificates including country of origin and inspection reports. Delivery is expected within 30 days at the specified location in Faisalabad. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR, hold valid NTN and GST certificates, and comply with professional tax registration.
