Procurement of Degree Folders for Convocation at Fatima Jinnah Women University Rawalpindi

Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU) Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from well-established and sound parties for the procurement of Degree Folders for its upcoming Convocation. Items being procured: - Degree Folders The procurement involves supply of quality degree folders meeting university standards for the convocation event. Bidders must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax, and must be active tax filers. Prices should be quoted in Pak Rupees with GST indicated separately where applicable. The quoted prices must remain valid for 90 days and extendable for another 30 days. Two percent (2%) bid security of the total estimated price is required in favor of Treasurer Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi, and must be submitted or transferred online. E-Bids without or less than the earnest money will not be entertained. Bids will be received as per single stage two envelope procedures and must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The tender documents and detailed terms and conditions are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the university website. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the submission deadline to avoid last-minute issues. The tender has already been uploaded on the authority website on 20th August 2026. The evaluation will be done as per rule 38-A of PPRA 2014, technically compliant and lowest evaluated E-Bid will be accepted. Evaluation will be lot wise. Interested parties may submit their E-Bids till 1100 hours on 4th September 2026. Bids received after 1100 hours will not be accepted. In case of any official or local holiday on the last date, the next working day will be considered for bid opening.
