Tender Description
The Lahore Electric Supply Company (Material Management) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of Desktop All-in-One Computers under Tender No 4330 with contract reference P82225 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the IT Directorate located at 132 Ghazi Grid Station, Barki Road, Lahore. Items being procured:
- Desktop All-in-One Computers (200 Nos)
The technical specifications require Intel® 13th Generation Core i3 or higher processors, Intel Integrated Chipset and Graphics, 8 GB DDR4 or higher system memory, 256GB SSD or higher hard disk, 18.5" or higher display screen, multiple USB ports, PCI/PCIe slot, HDMI/VGA ports, Wi-Fi 6 or higher, integrated 720p HD webcam, pre-installed Windows 11 Pro, and one year OEM-backed parts and labor warranty. The computers must be eco-friendly with 19V6.0A or higher power supply and include USB wired keyboard and 2-button USB optical mouse with scroll.
Bidders must be registered with SECP for at least 3 years, have valid NTN and GST registration, and be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. OEM partnership certificates for the last 2 years and valid manufacturer authorization letters are mandatory. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as per the bidding documents. The bid validity period is 90 days.
The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage One Envelope method using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal before the deadline of Friday, August 21, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:00 AM on EPADS v2.0.
The successful bidder will be required to deliver the goods within 90 days of the purchase order issuance. Inspection will be conducted at the supplier's premises by authorized representatives of LESCO. Payment will be made within 30 days of delivery and acceptance, subject to submission of all required documents including invoice, performance bond acceptance, and inspection certificates.
