University of Rasul invites bids from reputable firms registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Department for Income Tax and Sales Tax (GST) purposes with an active taxpayer profile. The procurement is for the supply of the following items for University of Rasul located in Rasul, District Mandi Bahauddin. Items being procured: - Procurement of Desktop Computers and Laptops - Procurement of All in One Printer - Establishment of Data Center - Supply, Installation and Configuration of IP IBX & Phones - Procurement of Central Resource Lab - Procurement of Curtains The procurement includes supply, installation, and configuration of IT equipment and related accessories, as well as curtains for the university premises. Bidders must have adequate experience and comply with the technical specifications detailed in the tender documents. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope. Bid security of 2% is required as mentioned in the tender documents. Technical and financial bids must be submitted through the E-Procurement Punjab portal (http://www.ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 13-10-2026 at 11:00 AM.
