District Health Authority Jhang invites E-bids (Technical & Financial) from eligible firms for a framework contract for the procurement of various goods/items for the FY 2026-27 on free delivery at consignees end basis. Items being procured: - Stationery Items - General Store Items - Plant & Machinery - Furniture Items - Parking Shed Bidders can download the bidding documents containing item specifications, quantities, estimated rates, and terms & conditions from the E-Procurement Punjab System website and the PPRA website. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage - Two Envelopes procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended). Completed bids must be uploaded online before the deadline. The last date and time for online bid submission is 12 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 12:00 Noon the same day in the presence of bidders and procurement committee. Late bids will not be entertained. All firms must register on the E-Procurement Punjab System as manual bids are not accepted. Bid security and performance guarantees must be submitted electronically through the designated bank of Punjab (BOP) as per guidelines. No physical financial instruments like CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Draft will be accepted. All bidding documents must be properly page-marked, signed, and stamped in sequence by authorized persons. If the submission or opening date falls on a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be considered the deadline.
