Procurement of School Furniture by Department of Elementary & Secondary Education Azad Jammu & Kashmir

The Department of Elementary & Secondary Education Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites sealed bids from furniture manufacturers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments of AJK/GoP under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure in accordance with AJK Public Procurement Rules, 2017. The procurement is for school furniture to be supplied across all districts of AJK on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Items being procured: - Procurement of School Furniture Tender documents are available from the office of the Senior Chief Planning Cell E&SE district complex L-Block Muzaffarabad AJK from 08:00 am to 04:00 pm Monday to Friday upon submission of a written application on original firm/company letterhead and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 500/-. A Bid Security of PKR 300,000 in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Senior Chief Planning Cell, Elementary and Secondary Education Department AJK Muzaffarabad must be submitted with the Financial Bid, without which offers will be rejected. Interested firms must provide rates inclusive of all applicable taxes, transportation costs to institute level, and any other charges related to delivery. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by up to 15% and may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance. Complete supply with approved specifications must be delivered within 120 days from contract/supply order date. All terms and conditions of AJK PPRA Rules, 2017 apply. Blacklisted firms and those with conflicts of interest are prohibited. Evaluation reports and contract awards will be published on the AJKPPRA website.
