Procurement of Dietary Items for Framework Contract 2026-27

Sealed bids are invited for procurement of Dietary Items under framework contract for financial year 2026-27 from experienced and financially sound businesses registered with Sales Tax if required and Income Tax Departments, under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under Framework Contract. Items being procured: - Wheat Products (Estimated Tender Amount Rs. 13,271,433) - Pulses (Daalein) (Estimated Tender Amount Rs. 3,259,229) - Sugar (Cheeni) (Estimated Tender Amount Rs. 2,256,250) - Eggs (Estimated Tender Amount Rs. 2,455,402) - Meat (Mutton) (Estimated Tender Amount Rs. 3,020,976) The bid documents are available at the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, Punjab e-procurement portal https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and PDS&CEA website www.daanishschools.edu.pk. Bidders shall submit their profiles using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure including technical and financial bids online through the e-procurement Punjab portal. The last date for bid submission is the 14th October 2026 at 10:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened in the Conference Room of Punjab Daanish School Boys, DG Khan on the same day at 10:30 AM on e-procurement Punjab. Participation through e-procurement Punjab Portal is compulsory for all interested bidders.
