Tender Description
Sealed bids are invited for procurement of dietary items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 by Principals Daanish Schools (Boys & Girls) Mailsi, District Vehari. The procurement is for experienced and financially sound businesses and enterprises registered with Sales Tax if required and Income Tax Department, following Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Items being procured:
- Wheat Products (Rs. 13,582,955)
- Pulses (Daalien) (Rs. 3,124,707)
- Sugar (Rs. 2,554,685)
- Egg (Hen) (Rs. 2,316,191)
- Chicken (Rs. 3,426,863)
- Mutton (Rs. 3,223,530)
- Beef / Veal (Rs. 3,582,732)
- Vegetables and Fruits (Sabziaat aur Phall) (Rs. 11,545,900)
The bid documents are immediately available at the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, Punjab e-procurement portal https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and PDS&CEA website www.daanishschools.edu.pk. Bidders must submit their profiles including technical and financial bids online through e-procurement Punjab portal using Single Stage Two Envelope procedures. The last date for bid submission is the 15th October 2026 at 10:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM on e-procurement Punjab.
Participation through the Punjab e-procurement portal is compulsory for all interested bidders. The URL of the PPRA website is https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/activetenders.aspx and the response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website.
Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and Sales Tax if applicable, financial soundness, and relevant experience. Earnest Money in the form of Demand Receipt, Deposit Receipt, or Pay Order as per the 1% bid security of estimated cost is required.
Bidders are advised to carefully follow the online submission instructions and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Early preparation of technical and financial documents is recommended to meet the strict deadline.
