The Punjab Government Servants Housing Foundation (PGSHF) Faisalabad invites sealed tenders under Single Stage One Envelope basis from registered Income Tax, Sales Tax & PRA filers for the supply of a Complete Winching Machine Set including all accessories for Punjab Government Servants Housing Scheme, Satiana Road, Faisalabad. Items being procured: - Complete Winching Machine Set including all accessories The procurement is to be carried out through Punjab e-Procurement System & Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) only. All interested applicants/contractors are required to register on Punjab e-Procurement System to become eligible for participation. Tender notice/tender document containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions and available for registered bidders on Punjab e-Procurement System at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Tender documents must be submitted on Punjab e-Procurement System as per the date and time mentioned below. Manual bids shall not be accepted. The 5% Bid Security shall be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System (ePKT). Earnest Money/Pay Order/CDR shall be accepted. Only Old Security submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System (ePKT) shall be considered valid in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules. The system will not permit the submission of a bid unless the required PSD is generated and the prescribed Bid Security is submitted. The paid slip must be duly attached with the tender documents as proof of payment. Tenders will be opened/downloaded on the same day in the office of the Project Director, Punjab Government Servants Housing Scheme, Faisalabad by the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of Contractors/Bidding Firms/Companies or their authorized representatives as per the schedule mentioned below: Tender Schedule: - Estimated Cost: Rs. 2,100,000/- - Completion Period: 01 Month - Last Date & Time of Submission of Bids: 22.10.2026 11:00 AM - Date & Time of Opening of Bids: 22.10.2026 11:30 AM In case the last date for submission of the proposal submission is declared a public holiday then the next working day will be considered for proposal submission and opening. The URL of the PPRA website (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk) and response time shall be exclusively for publication of the advertisement on the website of PPRA. Firms/Companies should be registered with NTN (active) and PRA (active). Tender rates and amounts shall be filled in figures as well as in words and tender documents shall be signed as per general directions for the guidance to the tendered. No conditional tender shall be accepted. Quoted rates shall be free from cutting, erasing & overwriting etc. Tenders shall enclose photocopy of CNICs along the present address & Contact No. of the firms. Quoted rates must be inclusive of all taxes and duties including PRA as admissible under the Government rules. PGSHF management may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposals, as provided under Rule – 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
