Purchase of Chemical, Consumable Items/Equipment and Reagents for IRF Project at AFIP Rawalpindi

The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids through PPRA E-PADS on a 'Single Stage – Two Envelopes' basis from well-reputed, experienced, and financially sound firms/companies for the purchase of Chemical, Consumable Items/Equipment and Reagents for the IRF Project at AFIP Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Chemical items - Consumable items - Equipment - Reagents The scope of work includes supply as per attached BoQs with detailed specifications and terms provided in the bidding documents. Interested bidders must have a minimum of two years relevant experience in providing consumables, chemicals, reagents, and equipment to public or private sector organizations or institutes. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for GST and Income Tax. Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the total bid value (refundable) in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of 'NUMS' must be submitted physically at NUMS, while a scanned copy must be uploaded on PPRA E-PADS before the closing date and time. Bidding documents can be obtained from the Procurement Directorate NUMS upon submission of a Pay Order/Demand Draft of PKR 3,000 (non-refundable) in favor of 'NUMS' during working hours. The last date for submission of bids is 7th October 2026 by 0930 hours. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at or after 1000 hours in the Conference Room, NUMS (ATR), Adiyala Road, Rawalpindi, in the presence of participating bidders or their authorized representatives. Late, incomplete, or bids submitted through email or fax will not be entertained. The bidding process will be conducted through PPRA E-PADS, and interested bidders must ensure registration on the EPADS portal. NUMS reserves the right to increase or decrease the scope of work or quantities as per requirement and to accept or reject any or all bids or cancel the tendering process at any stage in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm's registration on the PPRA E-PADS portal well in advance and prepare your technical and financial proposals separately as per the two-envelope procedure to avoid disqualification.
