Procurement of Different Relays

The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) through its Chief Engineer (Development) PMU is procuring Different Relays for the 132KV Qurtaba Grid Station Muzang, Lahore. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and involves supply of Distance Relays, Under Frequency Relays, and Differential Relays for Transformers. The relays must conform to the latest WAPDA/NTDC/IEC standards and be supported by valid type test reports from designated laboratories or an unconditional undertaking for fresh type tests at the bidder's own cost. The scope includes delivery to LESCO warehouse at Chicho-ki-Mallian, Sheikhupura, with a delivery period of 180 days. Bidders must be registered suppliers or manufacturers with LESCO/DISCOs/NTDC/GENCOs and have valid FBR/ATL registration. Experience of at least five years in manufacturing and three years in supply of similar equipment is mandatory. Additionally, bidders must provide satisfactory performance certificates and manufacturer authorization. The tender follows a National Single Stage-One Envelope procurement method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:15 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted. Original bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without liability.
