Procurement of Disc Insulators, 132 kV Tubular Poles & Line Hardware by Peshawar Electric Supply Company

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of various electrical goods planned for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement includes multiple items essential for power distribution and line hardware in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Disc Insulator (80KN) - Disc Insulator (100KN) - 132 KV Steel Pole SPA Tubular Poles - 132 KV Steel Pole SPD Tubular Poles - 132 KV Steel Pole SPG Tubular Poles - 3-Meter Extension for ZM-30 Tower - Off Size Braces - 15 KV XLPE Insulated Power Cable 500 sq. mm (1000 MCM) Single Core - Copper Conductor 120 sq. mm - Termination Kit (Outdoor) for 240 sq mm (500 MCM) 15 KV Power Cable - Copper Thimbles 120 sq. mm - 132 kV Line CT 40 KA (300-600-1200/5/5/5A) - Over Current C.T 1200-2400/5/5A (Metering & Protection Core) for 11 kV Incoming Panel - Over Current C.T 800-1600/5/5A (Metering & Protection Core) for 11 kV Incoming Panel - 11 kV PT 11000/110 V for 11 kV Incoming Panel - 132 KV Transformer CT 100-200/5/5/5A - 11 kV CT 300-600/5/5A (Metering & Protection Core) for 11 kV Outgoing Panel - Switchgear Spare Parts (Finger Contacts different make & Tripping Coils different make) - Vacuum Interrupters for MV Incoming and Outgoing Switchgear (Different Make) - 11 kV Bus Coupler Panel 25kA AND 132 kV Bus Isolator Complete The technical scope covers supply of high-quality electrical components suitable for 132 kV and 11 kV power systems, including insulators, steel poles, cables, transformers, and switchgear parts. Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). PEC registration and relevant experience in electrical supply contracts are required. Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in favor of CEO PESCO, Peshawar, must accompany bids. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal by Monday, August 31, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The original bid security and covering letter must be submitted in a sealed envelope at Room No. 311, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar before the closing time. Conditional, partial, or incomplete bids will be rejected.
