The items are to be delivered duty paid (DDP) to the Sindh Institute of Animal Health located at Animal Science Complex, Korangi, Karachi. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR, DRAP, and other relevant authorities, have a minimum of five years of supply experience to public sector or government institutes, and meet financial and technical qualification criteria including submission of bid security of Rs. 780,000. Bidders must submit bids in English, in both soft copy via EPADS portal and hard copy at the office of the Director General, Sindh Institute of Animal Health Karachi. The deadline for bid submission is 08 September 2026 at 02:00 PM, with bid opening at 02:30 PM the same day at the committee room of the Sindh Institute of Animal Health Karachi. Bids must be accompanied by the required bid security and comply with the single stage two envelope procedure. The contract will be awarded based on combined technical and financial evaluation with 80% weightage to technical and 20% to financial scores.
