Procurement of Drugs, Consumables, Surgical Items, Laboratory Kits and Miscellaneous Store Stock

The Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences Gambat invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) from manufacturers, importers, or their authorized agents and distributors. Bidders must be registered and appear on the List of Active Taxpayers of FBR/SRB for income tax and GST/SST as applicable for the fiscal year 2026-27 under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2019). Items being procured: - Drug / Medicine - Consumables, Surgical items, Laboratory Kits and X-Ray Films - Other store stock and miscellaneous items The procurement covers medical and surgical supplies, laboratory kits, and other miscellaneous store stock required by the institute. Bidders must submit a written application along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of the Director Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences Gambat. All bids must comply with detailed terms and conditions available on the EPADS portal. Bids must be accompanied by bid security of 1% of the total quoted value in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Orders, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee in favor of the Director. The deadline for submission of e-bids is 15-09-2026 at 12:30 pm, with opening on the same day in Green Hall at the institute. The institute reserves the right to postpone, accept, or reject any or all bids under the relevant provisions of SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended 2019).
