The scope covers supply of electrical equipment and materials for HESCO Hyderabad including circuit breakers, current transformers, battery banks, connectors, conductors, capacitors, insulators, pipes, chemical foam, fire extinguishers, and related accessories. The procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) on the EPADS v2.0 platform. Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and comply with all Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks valid for 28 days beyond bid validity is mandatory. Bidders must upload scanned bid security on EPADS and submit original bid security to the Manager (Procurement) at PMU HESCO Bungalow # A-1 HESCO Colony Hussainabad, Hyderabad before the closing date. The bid submission deadline is **22 September 2026 at 2:00 PM**. Bids will be opened on the same day starting from 10:00 AM onwards as per the schedule. Manual bids will not be accepted.
