Bidders must submit technical and commercial offers separately as per PPRA Rule 36(b) Single Stage Two Envelope method. The quotation must remain valid for at least 90 days from tender opening. Taxes and duties must be quoted separately with registration references. Offers without bid security or tender fee will not be entertained.
