Tender Description
Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Procurement will be carried out in accordance with PPRA and MoDP rules.
Items being procured:
- 3 x Types of Empty Cylinder (quantity as per Annexure A)
The delivery period is 3 months after signing of the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, or indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt/Semi Govt organizations if any. Attested copies of registration certificates issued by Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are mandatory. Audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, and attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director must be provided. Trade link evidence between the firm and OEM is required for distributors or agents. A judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 duly attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred by any government organization is also required. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 financial years or experience with government/semi-government organizations must be submitted.
A postal order of Rs 2000/- should be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.

Bids must be submitted by 02 September 2026 at 1030 hours. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 1100 hours. Ensure all documents are complete and submitted timely to avoid disqualification. It is advisable to carefully review the checklist attached at Section-C of the bidding document before submission.
