Procurement of Fire Extinguisher

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules as per the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Items being procured: - Fire Extinguisher (details as per Annex A) The delivery period is 3 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration/pre-qualification/indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or government/semi-government organizations if any. Attested copies of registration certificates from the Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are required. Audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, and attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director must be provided. Trade link evidence between the firm and OEM is necessary for distributors or agents. A judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by the Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred is mandatory. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 financial years with government or semi-government organizations is also required. A postal order of Rs 2,000/- should be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. Bids must be submitted by 06 October 2026 at 1030 hours. The tender opening will be held on the same day at 1100 hours.
