Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Bidders must submit photocopies of registration/pre-qualification/indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt/Semi Govt organizations, attested copies of registration certificates from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificates, audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade link evidence with OEM (if distributor/agent), judicial certificate worth Rs 100 confirming no blacklisting or debarment, documentary evidence of contracts executed in last 3 years with Govt/Semi Govt organizations, and a postal order of Rs 2000/- enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is 05 October 2026 at 1300 hours, with opening at 1100 hours the same day.
