Procurement of Floor Tiles for Pakistan Mint Lahore

The Pakistan Mint Lahore invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of Floor Tiles under contract reference P112402 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - Floor Ceramic Tiles, Quantity: 25000 sqft, Delivery Location: Pakistan Mint GT Road, Lahore City The floor tiles must be ceramic type, sized 24" x 24" inches with thickness between 8 mm to 10 mm. The surface finish is split equally between glass finish and matt finish, sourced from Master or equivalent company. Delivery is expected within 30 days of contract award. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including NADRA, FBR (NTN and GSTN), and Registrar of Firms. Bid security is required in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents. All bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 before the deadline of Monday, September 21, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM through EPADS v2.0. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure compliance with all eligibility and technical requirements.
