Procurement of Food Items for Sub Jail Tank for Financial Year 2026-27

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Prisons Department invites bids for the procurement of food items for Sub Jail Tank for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is intended to cover the supply of various food items including rice, wheat, sugar, tea, and other miscellaneous items as per the approved budget of approximately Rs. 1,000,000. Items being procured: - Rice - Wheat - Sugar - Tea - Other miscellaneous food items The procurement will be conducted under the regulatory authority of KPPRA through the E-Procurement system at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must be registered with KPPRA and comply with all relevant rules and regulations. The tender requires submission of a 2% earnest money deposit in the form of a CDR issued by a scheduled bank. The original CDR must be submitted before the deadline, otherwise the bid will be rejected. This tender is open to all eligible suppliers who meet the technical and financial criteria set by the department. Suppliers must be registered with FBR and have a valid ATL certificate. Experience in supplying food items to government departments or similar institutions is preferred. The procurement will be evaluated on a single stage two envelope basis, with separate technical and financial bids. The closing date for submission is 30th July 2026 at 11:30 AM. All submissions must be made through the EPADS portal.
