Procurement of Furniture, Chairs and Cash Handling Machines

The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from reputable organizations and companies for the procurement of Furniture, Chairs and Cash Handling Machines. Bids must be uploaded and submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11-11-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am by a committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date/time to be announced subsequently. The bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be paid or submitted through 1Link or Bank Guarantee options digitally via generated PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prices quoted must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory with the bids. The Bank of Punjab disclaims responsibility for any costs incurred in bid submission. This tender notice is also uploaded on PPRA, BOP, and Punjab e-Procurement System websites.
