Procurement of Furniture & Fixture for SEF Al-Madani School, Matiari 2026-27

The District Education Officer (Elementary Secondary & Higher Secondary) Matiari invites sealed bids for the procurement of Furniture & Fixture for SEF Al-Madani School located at Village Barkat Ali Bhatti, Taluka Matiari for the academic year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended Up to Date) using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Mono Desk (Tali Wood 42X15X30) - 484 units - Chairs (Tali Wood 18X18X36) - 219 units - Staff Room Table (4x2½x3 feet) - 15 units - Teachers Chair (31H x 18W x 18D inches) - 11 units - Clerk Office Table (4x2½x3 feet) - 4 units - Filling Cabinets for Office (Size: 39W x 17D x 47H inches) - 3 units - Whiteboard (Deli Magnet Whiteboard E39034A 3x4 feet) - 12 units - Softboard (Size: L46"xW15") - 15 units - Electric Water Cooler (Floor Standing Pressure Type VP80, Model WC-VP80) - 1 unit The scope includes supply, delivery, installation, and demonstration of the furniture and fixtures at the specified school. All items must meet the technical specifications and quality standards as detailed in the bidding documents. The successful bidder will be required to complete the delivery and installation within 45 days of contract award. Eligibility criteria include a minimum of 5 years business experience, valid FBR and SRB registrations, and compliance with all tax and legal requirements. Bidders must submit a bid security of 3% of the bid price in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Bank Draft in favor of the District Education Officer Matiari. The bidding documents are available from 18-08-2026 to 01-09-2026 during office hours at the office of the District Education Officer Matiari upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000 or can be downloaded from the SPPRA website. Bids must be submitted by 01-09-2026 at 02:00 PM and will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Technical proposals will be evaluated first, followed by financial proposals of technically qualified bidders.
