Procurement of Furniture and Fixtures for Classrooms, Laboratories, Offices, and Allied Academic Facilities at SBBUVAS Larkana Campus Naudero

Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Sakrand invites electronic bids through the SPPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) for procurement of furniture and fixtures for classrooms, laboratories, offices, and allied academic facilities at its Larkana Campus located in Naudero, Sindh. This procurement includes a comprehensive range of furniture items such as executive L-shape tables, revolving chairs, book shelves, visitor chairs, sofas, center and side tables, filing cabinets, classroom desks and benches, seminar hall chairs and sofas, rostrums, whiteboards, and vertical roller blinds. Items being procured: - Executive L-shape tables, revolving chairs, executive bookshelves, visitor chairs, sofas, center tables, side tables, and interior beautification articles for administration section - L-shape tables, revolving chairs, visitor chairs, workstations, computer chairs, sofas, and filing cabinets for Pro Vice Chancellor PA and supporting staff - L-shape tables, revolving chairs, bookshelves, visitor chairs, sofas, center tables, and filing cabinets for Project Director/Project Engineer - L-shape tables, workstations, revolving chairs, computer chairs, visitor chairs, and filing cabinets for Engineering Wing supporting staff - L-shape tables, workstations, revolving chairs, computer chairs, visitor chairs, and filing cabinets for Deputy Registrar, Assistant Registrar, Deputy Controller, Accounts Officer supporting staff & PA office - Classroom desks and benches, teacher tables and chairs, rostrums, whiteboards, vertical roller blinds, seminar hall chairs and sofas The furniture is to be manufactured using high-quality seasoned oak or sheesham wood with termite control treatment and finished with approved polish. All items must conform to the detailed specifications and drawings provided, ensuring durability, proper seasoning, and termite protection. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended). Bidders must be registered with FBR, SRB, and relevant Chambers of Commerce, and submit bid security of 5% of the estimated cost. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000 per tender. Bids must be submitted electronically via e-PADS by 17-11-2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical and financial bids will be opened online on the same day at 12:30 PM in the Committee Room of SBBUVAS Sakrand at Khadhar Campus. Bidders are advised to carefully review the eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and submission requirements. Earnest money in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. The contract includes a 12-month warranty period covering manufacturing defects and termite treatment failures. Delivery is expected within three months of contract award.
