Procurement of Furniture Items by NADRA Regional Head Office Quetta

The NADRA Regional Head Office Quetta (NADRA) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of various furniture items required for their office located at Zarghoon Road, Quetta. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured include: - 32 Officer Tables (5'-0" W x 3'-0" D x 2'-6" H) with super high gloss sheet, drawers, keyboard tray, and footrest - 32 DEO Tables (4'-0" W x 2'-0" D x 2'-6" H) with similar specifications - 30 Executive/Officer High Back Chairs with hydraulic mechanism and high-density foam cushioning - 54 Medium Back DEO Chairs with cushioning and hydraulic mechanism - 123 Waiting Benches (3-seaters) with steel frame and durable moulded seats - 45 Heavy Duty Wheel Chairs for disabled persons with solid rubber tyres and adjustable footrests - 129 Stools with metal and leatherite cushion and hydraulic mechanism The technical specifications require high-quality materials, ergonomic design, and minimum warranty of one year against manufacturing defects. Bidders must be OEMs or authorized dealers with relevant experience and provide samples before or on the technical bid opening date. Bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Original bid security must be submitted physically at NADRA Regional Head Office, Zarghoon Road Quetta before the deadline. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents, ensure compliance with eligibility criteria including FBR registration and blacklisting affidavit, and prepare their bids accordingly. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory for participation. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all bids as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
