The National Police Academy (NPA) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the procurement of a wide range of miscellaneous goods including electrical, plumbing, carpenting, paint, hardware, janitorial, horticulture, barber, and IT supplies. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Items being procured include: - Electrical & Electronic Items such as exhaust fans (8", 10", 12"), electrical solution tape, multi light plugs (China and Pakistani fittings), power plugs, fan capacitors, LED tube lights and ceiling lights, circuit breakers, electric wires, telephone sets, batteries, AC remotes, wireless bells, and related accessories. - Plumbing and Sanitary Items including spindle master, head steel, Muslim showers (ivory and CP color), commode seat covers, jet showers, connection pipes, waste pipes, basin wastes, check valves, plugs, wall showers, ball valves, water filters, gas pipes, geyser thermostat sets, towel stands, and other sanitary fittings. - Carpenting Supplies such as handle locks, cupboard locks, door handles, door stoppers, glue, thinner, varnish, kerosene oil, paint colors for furniture, and various cloth materials. - Paint Items including enamel, emulsion/SPD, weather shield paints, wall putty, plastic of Paris, paint brushes, rollers, sandpaper, and scrapers. - Hardware Items like wall clocks, floor mats, nails, screws, rowel bolts, and wire clips. - Janitorial Supplies including foam scotch bright, shopping bags, dusters, washroom cleaners, phenyl, brushes, wipers, detergents, tissue rolls, air fresheners, soap, glint bottles, dust bins, and mops. - Horticulture Supplies such as plastic cutter ropes, gate ropes, flower buckets, lime stone, and cement bags. - Barber Supplies including electric mozer machines, threader machines, blades, talcum powder, hair brushes, combs, shaving gels, hair dryers, scissors, hair trimmers, tweezers, hair sprays, and aprons. - IT Supplies including toner cartridges for various laserjet models, optical mice, membrane keyboards, USB flash drives of various capacities, portable HDDs, and network switches. The technical scope covers brand new items conforming to specifications with relevant certificates and warranty. Delivery is to be made on need basis at the National Police Academy, Sector H-11, Islamabad within 27 days of contract award.
