Procurement of Furniture for Office and Mess at R.Y. Khan Airport

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of furniture for office and mess at R.Y. Khan Airport. The procurement includes the supply of furniture items specifically for office and mess use at the airport facility. Items being procured: - Furniture for office - Furniture for mess Bidders must prepare their bids in accordance with the detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. The bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register via the official vendor portal. All prospective bidders are required to inform the PAA before the bid opening date/time and submit proof of Active Taxpayer List compliance (100%) and GST/NTN certificates of FBR either by email or in person. Original bid security must be received at the specified address before bid submission date and time. Bid security must be attached through EPADS online bid submission as well. The contract performance period includes satisfactory completion and warranty period. PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids due to cogent reasons, which will be communicated to bidders upon request.
