Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of Gas Service Tee sizes 3/4" and 1" under Tender Enquiry No. LE-050/26. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured:
- Gas Service Tee Size 3/4" (Quantity: 60,000 Nos.)
- Gas Service Tee Size 1" (Quantity: 3,000 Nos.)
The goods must comply with the technical specifications annexed in the tender documents. Delivery is scheduled in monthly lots of 15,000 Nos. for 3/4" tees and 1,000 Nos. for 1" tees, starting 30 days after receipt of purchase order, with subsequent deliveries every 30 days. The delivery location is SNGPL Gulberg Stores, Gurumanget Road, Lahore.
Bidders must submit 10 samples each of both sizes for testing and evaluation before the closing date. Exemptions apply for bidders who have supplied these items to SNGPL in the last five years with documentary proof. Eligibility requires registration with FBR, active taxpayer status, and compliance with bid security requirements. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 19 October 2026 at 2:30 PM, with bid opening at 3:00 PM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted.
The contract includes a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price and provisions for liquidated damages for late delivery. Bidders should carefully review all terms including the Integrity Pact, blacklisting mechanisms, and warranty obligations. Technical compliance, sample acceptance, and sales references will be evaluated with a 100% weightage on technical criteria.
