Supply of P.E. Fittings for Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore invites bids for the supply of P.E. Fittings under Tender Enquiry No. SND-2637/26. The procurement is for the supply of subject noted items to be delivered at the Base Store Manga (D). Items being procured include P.E. Fittings as per the detailed technical specifications and delivery schedule provided in the tender documents. The bidding documents include General Terms, Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, Price Schedules for foreign and local suppliers, Questionnaire, Schedule of Requirements and Shipment, Technical Specifications, Specimen of Authority Letter, Bid Bond, Performance/Warranty Bond Guarantee, Integrity Pact, Purchase Order specimen, Certificate of Full Disclosure & Non-Collusion, Blacklisting Mechanism, Declaration of Beneficial Owner's Information, and Qualification Criteria for Local Manufacturers. The Financial Proposal should include the price schedule, original bid bond, sales tax and income tax certificates (if applicable), and questionnaire copy. Offers must be based on free delivery at Base Store Manga (D) and remain valid for 90 days from the closing date. Bidders must comply with all terms and conditions, and the company reserves the right to amend quantities or cancel the tender. Only one authorized representative per bidder is allowed to attend the public bid opening. The tender closing date is 10th November 2026 at 1430 hours, with public opening at 1500 hours at the office of the General Manager (Procurement), SNGPL, 1st Floor, Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore. Bids received after the deadline or without original bid security will be rejected. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and ensure all required documents are included.
