Procurement of General Sports Kits for Students by Inter Boards Coordination Commission Islamabad

The Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC), Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified firms/suppliers for procurement of general sports kits for students under the Single Stage–Two Envelopes procedure, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, as amended. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, possess valid NTN and GST registration numbers, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, where applicable. Items being procured: - General Sports Kits for Students Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of PKR 1,000,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC), to be submitted with the Technical Proposal. Documents containing detailed tender terms and conditions, specifications, and quantities can be collected from the office of Director (Admin), IBCC, G-10/4, Islamabad, before the closing date against a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000/-. The deadline for submission and opening of bids shall be as specified in the bidding documents/procurement portal. IBCC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the applicable PPRA Rules. PPRA Rules, as amended from time to time, shall be observed in true letter and spirit during the bidding process. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial proposals according to the specified requirements and ensure timely submission through the designated procurement portal or office.
