Uniform, Jackets, Shoes of Security Guards for the Security Wing

Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan invites manufacturing companies and sole distributors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments to participate in the tender for supplying uniforms, jackets, and shoes for security guards of the Security Wing. Items being procured: - Uniform - Jackets - Shoes of Security Guards The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bidders must submit their bids online exclusively via the Punjab e-Procurement portal; no physical financial instruments such as CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order will be accepted. Bid security must be submitted online as per Bank of Punjab guidelines. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder on a lot-wise basis. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and comply with all applicable tax rates. Performance guarantee of 5% of the total purchase order value in favor of Treasurer, B.Z.U. Multan for six months is required. Failure to supply within the stipulated period will result in forfeiture of the guarantee and further action as per rules. Bids must be submitted on or before 19-11-2026 at 01:30 pm and will be opened the same day at 02:00 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Office of the Purchase Officer or Committee Room, B.Z. University Multan. In case of holidays, the next working day will be considered.
