Procurement of General Store Items for Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi FY 2026-27

The Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of General Store Items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned within the Current Financial Year (CFY) and may be ordered either in full or in part, with quantities subject to amendment at the time of placing the order. The procurement process follows the Single Stage, Two Envelope Process as specified in PPRA Regulations. Items being procured: - General Store Items as per Schedule of Requirements given at Annexure A & B Bidders must be Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), authorized agents or distributors, and suppliers registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments, active on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and registered with Directorate General Defense Purchase (DGDP) / Directorate General Procurement-Army (DGP-A) / Ordnance Depots of Pakistan Army and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for supply of items. The tender requires submission of Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, and Vendor Profile/Qualification Documents in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as per instructions. The bids will be opened on 12 August 2026 at 1100 hours in the Conference Room of Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi, Fort Road, Rawalpindi Cantonment. The closing time for bid submission is 1030 hours on the same day. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated bid value must be deposited within five working days of intimation from COD Rawalpindi, failing which bids will be rejected. Interested bidders can obtain the complete set of IT documents from the Local Purchase Office, COD Rawalpindi, Fort Road, Rawalpindi, between 0830 and 1530 hours on any working day. For participation, collection of specifications and relevant documents from the Local Purchase Branch COD Rawalpindi is mandatory. Failure to submit complete documents or submission in incorrect envelopes will lead to outright rejection.
