Procurement of General Store Items for Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi (FY 2026/27)

The Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the procurement of General Store Items for the financial year 2026/27. This procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Process as per PPRA regulations and targets Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), authorized agents, distributors, and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and active taxpayers on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The procurement is managed under the Directorate General Purchase (DGDP) and Directorate General Procurement-Army (DGP-A) for the Pakistan Army and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered suppliers. Items being procured: - General Store Items as per Schedule of Requirements (Annexure A) Bidders must submit two separate sealed envelopes clearly marked as 'TECHNICAL PROPOSAL - IT for procurement of Solar System 08/ Normal / 2026-27' and 'FINANCIAL PROPOSAL - IT for procurement of Solar System 08/ Normal / 2026-27' respectively. Both envelopes should be placed in another outer envelope with the subject of the tender and name of the bidding firm/entity. The technical proposal must include vendor profile, qualification documents, and technical specifications as detailed in Annexures B, C, D, and E. Original hard copies and digital copies on CDs/DVDs must be delivered to the Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi before 1030 hours on 28 August 2026. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated bid value is required within five working days of intimation. Procurement is planned within the current financial year and quantities may be adjusted. Participation in tender collection of specifications and relevant documents is mandatory from the Local Purchase Branch COD Rawalpindi. The tender opening will be held on 28 August 2026 at 1100 hours in the Conference Room of Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi with bidder representatives in attendance. Failure to submit complete documents as required will lead to outright rejection of the bid.
