Procurement of General Store Items and Signal Equipment for Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi FY 2026-27

Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for procurement of general store items and signal equipment for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Process as per PPRA regulations and is open to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), their agents, authorized distributors, and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and registered with Directorate General Defense Purchase (DGDP), Directorate General Procurement-Army (DGP-A), or any Ordnance Depot of Pakistan Army and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Items being procured: - Hand Held Digital Comm Set (Kenwood) (Nos) - Comm Base With 12V Battery (Nos) - Comm Repeater (Nos) - Hand Held Comm Head Set (Nos) - Hand Held Spare Battery (Nos) - Hand Held Set Long / Whip Antenna (Nos) - Electric Cart for De-Armer (Nos) - Electric Cart for Rocket Wrench (Nos) The procurement includes detailed technical specifications and formats for vendor profile, financial and technical proposals, and qualification documents as provided in annexures. Bids must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes clearly marked for technical and financial proposals along with vendor profile/qualification documents. Original hard copies and digital copies on CDs/DVDs must be delivered to Central Ordnance Depot Rawalpindi, Fort Road, Rawalpindi Cantonment before 1030 hours on 18 September 2026. Bid opening will be held at 1100 hours on the same day in the conference room of COD Rawalpindi. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant tax authorities, DGDP/DGP-A, PEC, and compliance with legal and procedural requirements. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated bid value must be submitted within five working days of intimation. Procurement is planned within the current financial year and quantities may be amended.
