Procurement of Generator Sets for Environmental Complexes in Faisalabad, Gujranwala, and Sargodha

The Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU) of the Environment Protection & Climate Change Department invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of generator sets. These generator sets are intended for the construction projects of Environmental Complexes located in Faisalabad, Gujranwala, and Sargodha. The procurement involves 3 generator sets to be supplied for the following schemes: - Construction of Environmental Complex in Faisalabad (DLI-1, PGDP) - Construction of Environmental Complex in Gujranwala (DLI-1, PGDP) - Construction of Environmental Complex in Sargodha (DLI-1, PGDP) Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and tax departments. The bidding process will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) only. Incomplete or conditional bids and those without specified bid security will be rejected. The bid validity period is 120 days. Bidders are required to submit the bid security via digital banking facility on the Punjab E-Procurement System and attach the bid security with the technical bid. The single stage two envelope procedure will be adopted as per Punjab PPRA Rules 2014. The bids must be submitted on or before 26th August 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
