Procurement of G.I Grating Panels for SNGPL Rawalpindi

The SNGPL (Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the procurement of G.I Grating panels to be delivered at SNGPL Camp Store, Near Rangers Cadet College, Opposite Saroba Grid Station, Sihal Village, Chakri Road, Rawalpindi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference FCS/SOA/TE/062/26 (Tender No. P95008). Items being procured: - G.I Grating 908mm (L) x 755mm (W) x 40mm (H) Cross grating, Plate Thickness 1/8", Quantity: 3 Nos - G.I Grating 750mm (L) x 270mm (W) x 40mm (H) Cross grating, Plate Thickness 1/8", Quantity: 42 Nos The G.I Grating panels are hot-dip galvanized to ASTM A123 / EN ISO 1461 standards ensuring corrosion resistance with a zinc coating of approximately 610 g/m². The panels are designed to support heavy loads with safe load capacities ranging from 2,500 to 4,000 kg/m² for the larger panels and suitable for heavy vehicle traffic for the smaller panels. Delivery is required within 15 days of purchase order issuance. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and provide a valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate for 2026-27. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal before the deadline of Monday, September 21, 2026 at 03:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 03:30 PM via EPADS v2.0. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS and ensure compliance with all technical specifications and submission requirements. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) methodology. Performance Guarantee of 10% of contract price is required within 15 days of award. Late delivery charges of 0.14% per day up to 10% of delayed value will be applied.
