Procurement of Goods for PBM Sweet Homes Balochistan at Quetta, Zhob, Turbat & Kharan

The Pakistan Bait ul Mal, Provincial Office Balochistan, Quetta (M/o PA & SS) invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of goods for PBM Sweet Homes located in districts Quetta, Zhob, Turbat, and Kharan. This procurement covers a wide range of stockable and non-stockable food items, utilities, and miscellaneous goods to be supplied equally to four Pakistan Sweet Homes across these districts as per supply orders throughout the financial year 2026-27.\n\nItems being procured include: \n- Stockable Food Items such as Daal Mash, Atta (Wheat Flour), Daal Mix (Peeli+Lal Daal), Daal Chana, White Chana, Red Lobiya, Black Dal, Black Chana, Suji, Rice Sela, Rice Basmati, Besan, Cooking Oil (Pouch), Black Tea (Lipton or Equivalent), Milk (Tetra Pack), Salt, Aloo Bukhara, Sugar, Biryani Masala, Garam Masala (powder and regular), White Zeera, Haldi, Kali Mirch, Qorma Masala, Salan Masala, Haleem, Vinegar, Honey, Yeast, Cream Milk Pack, Green Tea, Jam e Shereen, Mango Squash, Chicken Corn Soup, Mixed Vegetable Soup, Snacks (Lays Chips, Peek Freens Biscuits), Mint Juice-Lemon Flavor.\n- Non-Stockable Food Items including Chicken Meat, Beef Meat, Beef Qeema, Piaz (Onion), Aloo (Potato), Lehson (Garlic), Adrak (Ginger), Tomato, Yogurt, Egg, Coriander, Lemon, Seasonal Fresh Fruits, Fresh Vegetables.\n- Utilities such as Fire Wood (960 Mann), LPG bulk tanks, Water Tankers.\n- Miscellaneous Items including Aprin Protective Aprons, Washing Gloves, Dish Wash Lemon Max Bar, Head Caps, Jharo (Brooms), Lunch Boxes (Plastic), Bedsheets, Pillows and Pillow Covers, Mattresses, Tea Mugs/Cups, Table Spoons, Jugs, Glasses, Serving Plates, Stainners, Quilts, Surf Brite Detergent, Toilet/Bath Soaps, Wipers, Shoe Polish, Sponge Nail Savers, Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, First Aid Boxes, Sauce Pans, Cooking Pots, Phenyl.\n\nThe technical scope requires all items to be fresh, good quality, and conforming to specifications with delivery to the doorstep of the four PBM Sweet Homes in Quetta, Zhob, Turbat, and Kharan districts. The supply schedule is 27 days and continuous throughout the year.\n\nEligibility criteria include valid NADRA citizenship, FBR registration (NTN and GSTN), non-blacklisting declaration, warranty for replacement of defective items, and compliance with bid security requirements. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically with original bid security physically delivered before the deadline.\n\nThe procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bids will be opened on September 3, 2026, at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0.
