Procurement of Goods and Services of Abkalani Material along Desert Canal System Mile 36 to 69 and Fall Garhi Hassan System RD-0 to 144 and Its Off Taking Channels for Year 2026-2027

The Irrigation Department, Executive Engineer Kandhkot Division at Garhi Hassan Sarki, invites E-Bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) from interested suppliers, contractors, and authorized dealers for the procurement of goods and services for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Goods and Services of Abkalani Material along Desert Canal System Mile 36 to 69 - Fall Garhi Hassan System RD-0 to 144 - Its Off Taking Channels The procurement covers materials and services required for maintenance and operational works along the specified canal systems. Bidders must submit bids supported by a Call Deposit as Bid Security from any scheduled bank in favor of the Executive Engineer, Kandhkot Division at Garhi Hassan Sarki. The bidding documents fee is Rs. 2,000 and the Call Deposit amount is Rs. 1,000,000. Bidding documents will be issued until 18-09-2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid submission closing at 12:30 PM the same day. Bids will be opened at 1:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the office of the Executive Engineer Kandhkot Division at Garhi Hassan Sarki. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant Provincial and Federal Tax Authorities including FBR and SRB, submission of valid registration certificates, CNIC, affidavit on stamp paper confirming no blacklisting, and PEC category as applicable. Experience in similar works over the last three years with documentary evidence is required. Financial turnover and tax returns for the last three years must be provided along with bank statements. Only bidders registered on EPADS with active NTN, SRB, and professional tax registration will be eligible. The quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and remain valid until 30th June 2027. Conditional bids will not be entertained. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules. Bids must be submitted physically and scanned copies uploaded on EPADS. The office address for submission is the Executive Engineer Kandhkot Division at Garhi Hassan Sarki @ Thul. In case of no response, a second schedule is set for 05-10-2026 with bid receipt up to 12:30 PM and opening at 1:00 PM.
