Tender Description
District Council Sahiwal invites sealed item rate quotations under a Framework Contract for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted in accordance with PPRA rules and requires suppliers to have NTN, STRN numbers, and a Professional Tax Certificate. All procurement activities in Punjab will be conducted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) available at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must submit their bids digitally via this portal using the Single Stage Single Envelope method as per PPRA rules.

- Lot No.01: Supply and Fixing of Miscellaneous Items
- Procurement of services for District Council Sahiwal through Framework Contract for FY 2026-27
- Lot No.02: Provision of Machinery/Vehicle on Rental Basis (With Fuel and Driver/Operator)
- Lot No.03: Supply and Fixing of Different Items on Rental Basis
The contract includes supply and fixing of miscellaneous items, provision of machinery and vehicles on rental basis including fuel and driver/operator, and supply and fixing of various items on rental basis. The Engineer Incharge will approve all items, specifications, quality, and standards. Only items meeting the required standards will be procured. Bidders are advised to seek clarifications from the Engineer Incharge before bid opening if needed. Performance guarantees and bid securities are required as per bidding documents.
Eligibility requires registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category. Earnest money amounts are specified for each lot. Bids must be submitted online by 26-08-2026 before 12:00 pm. The bids will be opened on 26-08-2026 at 1:00 pm in the office of District Council Sahiwal in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The item rates must include PST/GST. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected.
